Basic unit behavior


All units now have a basic behavior which decides whether to attack or retreat.
That depends on health, nearby units and whether the unit can fire on the unit or the enemy unit can fire on the unit.
It is still very rough and may lead to chaotic movement.

Aircraft now are circling in the air when they are idle
